Evan, the only reason I can see to run windows on a 400 is that I can use OS/400 for backup/recovery. Windows 2000 backup/recovery sucks. It just doesn't work. Period. NO exceptions that I'm aware of and even local Microsoft is using 3rd party backup software.... Eh, that and the fact that I would be hitting my AS/400 via the internal LAN vs external LAN.... But, then, I've been wrong before....there may be more reasons...:) .....
