take it down, boot to DOS and use Norton/Symantec's GHOST to put the image
on another server.

I have yet to see a backup utility for Windows (9x or 2000) that I consider
reliable.  The only way I backup a system is by backing up the individual
data files.  OS and Programs are *ALWAYS* reinstalled from scratch.

It's a pain, but I know it will work.
