RE: Latest V4R2 Cum Tape

When you load the cum package during the day, do a CHGJOB RUNPTY(55)
(or some reasonably high number, depending on whether you want to
protect both interactive and batch jobs from performance degradation)
before starting option #8 from the PTF menu.
