[TWINX-83] Error message -- MIDRANGE-L

I am using D5250AH Adapter Handler and NetSoft NSTWINAX to connect
WFW311 desktop to AS/400.  Session will eventually connect but I receive
TWINAX error [TWINX-83]:  ERROR - VDTWINX/VDNSWQ IS NOT LOADED
SUCCESSFULLY.

I looked in WFW311 system.ini file and [386 enh] section does not
contain any reference to VDTWINX.386 or VDNSWQ.  Discovered they are
Client Access files which I am not using.

Has anyone run across this?  How can I avoid error?  Do I need VDTWINX
and VDNSWQ?  If so, anyone know website to download from (I have not had
any luck surfing the web)?
