I haven't tried it recently, but a couple of years ago, I attempted to
use a Megahertz modem that said it did autosync with PC/400. I was told
that there is autosync, and there is also Hayes autosync. The latter is
supported, the former is not. If you need a guarantee, you pretty much
need to go with Hayes or IBM.
