Hi Phil,

Installing WDTS (or WDSC) puts 2 items in your PCs (All User) Startup
folder: Communication Daemon, and CODE Editor Initialization.
You could easily move & copy these shortcuts from the All User Starup
folder to the Startup folders for only the users that you were interested
in.

Is it possible to configure WDTS (or within the registry) to only start the
evf* processes for certain W2K profiles?  When I sign on as administrator I
would like not to have these jobs start.
