Did you reboot after the install?

Subject:        file not found after WDT install

I just installed WDT V4R5 (setup type "complete")  on Windows 98.  It
finished okay with no problems.  However, I now get the following message
when I try to launch the VARPG GUI designer:

"A required .DLL file, CPPWM35I.DLL, was not found."

What do I do now?  Please help.
