I normally get this error after I install the VARPG runtime programs to
someone's PC. In most cases it is a DOS path problem, for whatever reason
the Setup programs do not handle the path setup correctly or not at all. In
most cases I will have to add the following statements to my DOS path in the
AUTOEXEC.BAT file:

C:\WDT400\SYSTEM; ( This should handle the VARPG GUI designer)

C:\VRPGRT\SYSTEM; (This will allow the VARPG application to find the
CPPWM35I.DLL so that it can run the GUI
Applications)

If this does not work, do a search on the system and see if the CPPWM35I.DLL
is actually there. If not to copy it from another PC. Hope this helps.
