Just one note on this subject, Bob did make a comment about Nexgen.  It was not
blatant, if I remember correctly, it was along the lines of questioning why 
anyone
would ever do business with them.

Sorry, wrong way to look at it.  Do you really _want_ to turn away a chance for 
a new
customer?  NexGen's pricing made it much easier for us to go to CD.
