The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Occasionally we will get an error where the website will report "Internal
server error"
To resolve this we will,
Check for any ZENDPHP7 jobs with an error status under the QHTTPSVR
sub-system
Check for any XTOOLKIT jobs with an error status under the ZENDPHP7
sub-system
Check the error logs in /www/zendphp7/logs
Restart the http server
Nothing is providing any cause of the problem and the restart has solved
the problem but I would like to address the cause if I could find it.
Any suggestions most appreciated.
