Our IT department has set up a number of different IP subnets for client
PCs. Most of our users use SSO with no password, so we set the
authentication to Kerberos. There are clients on one subnet with users who
may or may not have SSO. For that subnet, we want to do KerberosOrBasic.
The Kerberos for the users with SSO and Basic for users without SSO. We do
only HTTPS, so I'm OK with Basic authentication.
As of now, users on all subnets use the same IP to access IBMi. I
certainly wouldn't want to assign my i an IP address on every subnet, but
just the one subnet wouldn't be so bad (assuming I could get IT to provide
an IP address).
