I have three questions are about the UNIXCMD utility.

1. Is the UNIXCMD utility open source?

Yes, under the same modified BSD license that I use for all of my projects.

1. Is there community support for the UNIXCMD utility (e.g., like the community email list for the HTTPAPI utility)?

Nothing specific to the UNIXCMD tool, but you can ask questions on Midrange.com or Code400.com.  This tool is much simpler than HTTPAPI, questions about it are not that common place.

1. Does Profound Logic Software offer commercial support for the UNIXCMD utility (e.g., like it does for the HTTPAPI utility)?

No, but they might if we ask the question.   No one has asked for it before... like I said, above, it's a really simple tool, so it's unusual that people have problems or questions.
