So what you are all really saying is that I need an Apache server dedicated to the MediaWiki package? Pardon my ignorance here. I just assumed it would use a general web server on the i. But I was looking at the configuration of a Zend Server they have and I see what you are saying about setting up the path mask.

So my first step is to create a new HTTP server and point it at the spot where the wiki package is in the IFS? Does it matter what port I assign it to?

If your Apache config sets (say) www/wiki as the document root then you should just be using wiki/index.php - based on that you should be able to work out what you need to use.
