I've mentioned before that IBMs support for Node seemed a littlehalf-hearted
documentation seems sparse to non-existent at the moment (try Googling"ibm i" rpm yum" - grrrr)
..yeah, that's another issue, I've mentioned before that IBMs support for
Node seemed a little half-hearted, which maybe a bit unfair, but their
track record with open source tools isn't great, they're always miles
behind the current version in my experience and trying to install anything
in PASE was a complete nightmare. Aaron (Bartell) recently tweeted news
that RPM and Yum are supported now which I think will make it easier to
keep the open-source stuff up to date, unfortunately documentation seems
sparse to non-existent at the moment (try Googling "ibm i" rpm yum" - grrrr)
