Buck - I agree with what you are saying. Making these changes are counter-intuitive to me also. But, we are at a loss why we are seeing the results we are. None of the programs changed during our upgrade. The only thing that changed is we went to 7.1 on a new machine. I would expect the default values to be the close to what is seen by the average company. I am to the point of calling IBM for assistance. I am not a web server guru or an administrator wiz.
