How does one do this in a "simple network".
Co-lo not an option. Not a problem to have 2 providers.

DNS is external to local network.
System does have 2 ethernet ports. V7R1
This could be a manual turn off/on equipment or ??
They just had a 24 hr outage from existing provider.
