Install cume fixes + ptf groups and then running the installer is too much work?!?

As long as we've been current on PTFs, we've *never* had even a hiccup installing WAS.

If I was IBM I would be pretty embarrassed at how much work it is to install their flagship app server on an operating system they own. It would be different if they could excuse themselves because they didn't control ALL ends of the spectrum - but they do.
