I'm going to guess our friends at Zend are going to do the Israeli version of an Irish Jig, and our other friends in Redmond are happy about this eventuality........

I do wonder how IBM is going to deal with this one......I'm guessing it will be some time before much changes, but since I am finding the Zend Framework to be every bit as powerful (albeit nearly as difficult to get your arms around) as the Java frameworks there may be some migration happening. Particularly as the article infers that there may be some licensing questions in the near future.

This will be fun....

I do enough Java programming that I am definitely concerned about where
things are going. Not that another language couldn't just pop up and start
