The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

A .NET person should learn Java, just so they understand how good we've
got it in .NET. :-)
OK, seriously, knowledge of Java isn't a bad thing. Neither of knowledge
of Python, Ruby, or even PHP. We're working in a huge problem domain and
to expect one technology to solve all our problems is naive. Plus the
beauty of the web is that we can make all these technologies integrate
w/relative ease. We've got production applications that are a mix of
ColdFusion, Java and .NET, because that was the best way to solve the
business problem. Of course if all you have is a hammer...
