You mean other than the 10 connection limit, the fact that it's not server OS and that you're violating the license agreement? Nope, no reason. :-)The ten connection limit does as far as I know not apply to network connections (only file sharing etc) and I sincerely don't think that the license agreement is violated. Please enlighten me :)
