That would be me. :) Most everything uses CGIDEV2 (when hosted on the i)
so adding a parm for XML output and additional sections for XML output
sounds good. That would be the least intrusive way without impacting the
process itself.

That kind of leads us to Web services. If you can't get access to the
database, then how about coordinating with whoever is spitting out HTML
and see what it would take for them to spit out XML, so you could use an
XML parser.
