Installing Apache isn't any different from installing any other licensed program. We don't have a FAQ for installing RPG or installing TCP/IP utilities... why would we have one for installing Apache?

Use GO LICPGM, choose option 11, install 57xx-DG1

Or read the Information Center for a very detailed (including verifying that TCP/IP is set up properly!) set of instructions
