Hi Rick,
The quickest approach I can think of is to contact Zend support for
free: www.zend.com/support. On the bottom left under "Submit a Support
Ticket" is a pull down menu.

Our relationship with IBM has enabled the i community to receive free
web-based support.

I don't mean to take traffic away from this board but the support team
at Zend who receives and answers your question is solely focused on
supporting the community. Hope this helps.
