Rick,

You need to go into the Zend menu (can't think of it off the top of my head but check the docs) and startup the subsystem and all of the jobs that go with it.

The way this works is it starts up an instance of Apache in PASE and sets up proxy directives to hand PHP requests off to it. When the server in PASE isn't running, you get the proxy error.

Subject: [WEB400] Installing Zend PHP

Hi,

This may not be the proper forum for this issue. If so please let
me know. I have been trying to install the Zend Core on my
development box V5R3. When I get it installed and go to
http://<myboxipadd>:89 I get a proxy error. It seems to have an
issue with /usr/local/Zend/apache2/logs/httpid.pid which it claims
is missing. and I get an Error 'httpd: Syntax error on line 1033 of
/usr/local/Zend/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load
/usr/local/Zend/Core/modules/apache2/libp5.so into server: No such
file or directory' but the above referenced libp5.so does exist...

I have a ticket open with Zend, and I'm waiting to get a response
from sending job log info, but I just thought someone might have a
notion.

I have the latest CUM and have checked the required LICPGM list

My install apparently has too few jobs running in the Zend
subsystem (only 2).
