Anyone know of any good resources where I could read up on this topic?

I am at a loss. I am trying to get my webfaced apps to a point where it is
acceptable for the first user after a restart. I have set the pre-compile
in WSDC and tried using web admin interface when I updated the app, but
neither had any impact. However, I am not real sure if I am doing it right,
missing something or it just does not work. Anything you could throw my way
would be appreciated.
