Joe, what's your point? This is like saying the grass is green and the sky is blue. You can say this about everything, from JAVA/JSPs to RPGIV to CL to C/C++ to Python to Perle to PHP. What's the point?
I think his point was that posters should avoid recommending AJAX to a new person unless it really is the best fit for the job.
Many of the people on this list are just learning AJAX and are excited about it. Don't recommend it just because you're excited about it, recommend it because it's the right tool.
