SSL "Reset" Command? -- WEB400

I seem to recall a while back a command or CL that could be
run to "reset" SSL.  

For example if you made some changes in DCM (major ones,
like recreated the *SYSTEM store) and were receiving errors
you could call this command instead of having to IPL.

Anyone happen to remember?
