Do you have the xTools (www.rpgxtools.com)? It includes a free CGILIB
service program that you could use to test your theory that it is a CGIDEV2
problem. The CGILIB is "free" (like we call stuff from IBM "free") but it
does require the RPG xTools to work. So if you don't have xTools, CGILIB
won't be much help.

Interesting that you brought up CGIDEV2 even though I didn't mention it
in my initial post.  The only CGI programs that we are having a problem
with are CGIDEV2 ones.  Straight up RPG CGI programs are outputting info
just fine (no garble).

Anybody know where I should start looking on the CGIDEV2 end to find
where they might be doing some translation things?
