Updating CGIDEV2 -- WEB400

It's been a long time since we've updated out version of the CGIDEV2
library, mainly because we've developed almost 100 apps using it and
were concerned that loading the latest version may corrupt what we've
developed and has been working fine.  In a recent post however, Mel
suggested ensuring the latest version of his library was running so I'm
wondering if it's safe to simply download the latest version and load
it.  

 

If so, where exactly does one get the latest version of CGIDEV2 these
days?
