I am setting up a quick test in the DEFAULT HTTP configuration on one of
my boxes running V5R1. (For reasons notwithstanding I have to use the
"Classic" server for now).

I have a very simple configuration:

Enable GET
Enable HEAD
Enable POST

Map /permits/* /QSYS.LIB/FREDBP.LIB/*.PGM
Exec /permits/* /QSYS.LIB/FREDBP.LIB/*.PGM
Pass /xmlFiles/* /masi/*

I can access files from the IFS in /masi, but I can't get a CGI program
to run. I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error. Unfortunately, it's been
so long since I've set up a classic server that I can't figure out the
problem.

The server configuration has these comments:
00530 # Mapping to AS/400 QSYS.LIB library objects requires
00540 # the QTMHHTTP user profile to have read access to the
00550 # object or the object to have PUBLIC(*USE) authority.

The authority of both the library and the object have PUBLIC(*CHANGE),
which is the same on my live web box that delivers the CGI with no
problem. Is there any other security aspect I need to check?

Thanks,

Joel
