I have the same problem trying to download files via QNTC...the %20s
never get translated "back" into spaces so it can't find the file. I've
asked a couple times and a couple places, but never found an answer. I
understand that it needs to be that way in the URL, just not how to get
Apache to deal with it correctly from there.
