ASF Tomcat - Autostart

Is there a way to have the ASF Tomcat server start automatically with the 
Apache server? There is a setting in the Admin client to have the Apache 
server auto-start but not for the ASF Tomcat server. I'm finding myself 
having to start it manually every Monday morning. (I have the system do a 
scheduled IPL each Sunday morning...just because)
