Thanks, but I don't think this is the problem because the graphic files
that display on the page, both jpg and gif, are in the same directory as
the two that don't-one is a jpg and the other is a gif.  When I set up
the Apache server, I went with the default settings to start with.  I'll
change what I need to change as I learn more about it.
