If they are in the same directory and the HTML for both images (the ones
that work and the ones that do not) are in the same format, then this is an
authority issue.  Do the following command:

DSPAUT 'my web directory/my image'  (Replace with the proper names)
example - DSPAUT '/www/prod/htdocs/images/image1.gif'

Make sure that QTMHHTTP has *R data authority. (At least)
