I tried this and it still is not working !!

I know I am missing something simple.. Anyone else have any ideas...

As far as I know, meta tags are read only by the browser. To get the web
server to recognise the MIME type you must return it in the HTTP header using
Content-Type or in the environment via the HTTP_CONTENT_TYPE environment
