IN the Config

My Imbed is clean...

An if I just server the page the SSI works, IT's only when I write the page from a CGIDEV2 form processor that it does not like me...

That directive should enable SSI for both static files and CGI. Check that
the CGI is correctly setting the MIME type for the file. Your config tells
the server to do SSI processing for text/x-ssi-html and text/html so make
sure the CGI indicates one of those values in the HTTP header or the
HTTP_CONTENT_TYPE environment variable.

Also make sure the directive is not overridden by another one later in the
file.
