No problem, Aaron.

IMHO, though, if this if for your in house CSRs, I'd steer
clear of the web.  It won't be good enough for them.  And
don't forget the extra HP you'll need to run this for many
users pounding it all day.

I'd maybe look into som Visual RPG from ASNA.  Last I used
that, it was a great product.  The downfall is application
deployment.

Getting the best of web and the best of GUI would be a key.
Maybe some Java Applets?  who knows.. You gots lots of
thinking to do...  hehe..  Of course, I'm always available
to help.. No interview yet... that's odd as I know they're
interviewing!  I put my resume in quite a while back...
hehe..
