Phil, Giovanni built the upload portion of the Web Access Toolkit from a 
program I sent him that I believe used a FILE INPUT tag.  I can't verify any of 
that now since I don't have access to an AS/400 or iSeries (I left IBM on June 
24).

The Web Access Toolkit includes all the source.  You might try downloading it, 
examine the documentation, the source, etc., to see if it does what you want.  
If not, you may be able to modify it yourself.
