RE: Simple HTML program sending parms to an AS400 pgm

Change the action statement to reflect "fd003r" instead of "fd003r?".
Notice the action statement below indicates that th program name includes
the question mark:  when you use POST you do not need to add the question
mark, and I'm not sure what the results would be if you did...
