never been there, my server side includes are pretty simple, but according

i think that you should give

a try. (the backslash does the trick)

As far as i understand it, the & has to be esacped so that the SSI
processor doesn't try to insert a SSI variable. The HTTP request should be
happy with FMT=2&ACCTNO=3271 in the query string.

Please tell us whether that helps!
