If it was my choice I wouldn't upgrade either, but of course it isn't my
choice.  It is for another company(CCS) that is using the box and they want
to use new functionality that is only offered in V5R1.

Do you know of specifics that I should be aware of as far as the problems
go?

I wouldn't do it.  Wait for V5R2.  The HTTP server changed
dramatically in V5R1 and there have been reports of
problems.

If there's nothing wrong with it, why take the chance?
You're not going to gain anything in your situation.  You
will lose some performace, though.

Ron tried to get me to do it when I was there, and I
refused.  :)  Just ask around.  I never liked upgrading to
VxR1 releases... remember V3R1?  (well, you don't but ask
Brogara...hehe.)
