Using WRKLNK. or within QSHELL, or in FTP if you set name format to 1, you can address a library called MYLIB as /QSYS.LIB/MYLIB.LIB. QRPGSRC within it, containing a member called PROGRAM would be /QSYS.LIB/MYLIB.LIB/QRPGSRC.FILE/PROGRAM.MBR.
