I was able to figure this out.  Go to the net.data homepage for info.
That's what I used.  www.as400.ibm.com/netdata will take you there.  The
only sucky thing is the filename that it uses once uploaded is some wacky
date, appname, time, mother's maiden name combintation, but you can strip it
off with a front end program.

I also wrote a file upload program for e-RPG, but I'm not quite ready to
release it.  It works but the RFC for this particular method isn't the
clearest.  :)  Maybe I should just make it open source and let you guys
tweak it.  :)
