To upgrade beyond about 9.6.0.10 IM will need access to both disk1 and disk2 folders of the install image. They should be side-by-side in the same directory.

Chris,
Thanks for the idea. I added version 9.6.0.4 and 9.6.0.7 to the repository list with 9.6.0.13 at the top. Those are all of the repositories I have downloaded. I still get the same errors, but the error messages indicate it can't find them in each repository I have listed, so it is checking them.

You might need to make sure that you still have the full-base Repository listed in Installation Manager along with the new Patch repository.
The Patches would sometimes try to pull things in from the base install again. Don't know why.

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade RDi 9.6 to the latest fix pack and I run into the same error with both version 12 and 13. This is in Installation Manager after taking the Update option and it goes through a couple of screens it won't let me continue because it says "Failed to find required installation files". Here are more details.
'plug-in org.apache.commons.io_2.2.0.V20140511200' not found in M:\Install\RDI\RDI-9.6.0.13\disk1
This message is displayed 5 times. I downloaded the install file from IBM twice in case the download had a glitch. Any ideas?
I do know that version 9.8 is out. I'm still verifying that my plug ins will work for that version.
