- We're an MSP
- We go to ESS
- It shows a Activation Kit for 9.8 which doesn't download.
- We follow instructions on other webpages and go to Passport
- We can't find the license there.
??
Assuming you ordered it originally from ESS, get the activation kit there.
If it doesn't download, put in a trouble ticket.
I get IBM i from ESS (of course; where else?)
ESS never sends me (my site contact) email.
I get RDi from PAO.
PAO sends me (my site contact) email with my Proof of Entitlement.
Is anything in your (your site contact's) email?
