The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Thanks... I didn't export. I just duplicated my workspace folder and selected it.
I still had to reinstall iSphere and JCRCMDS, but it picked everything else up (including my secure connection).

For this 9.8 upgrade, I just started over. It matched up with a natural
break in projects, so it wasn't like I'd really lost anything.
When I move up a version or release, I normally:
1) On the prior version: File > Export Rational Developer for i,
Configuration files
2) Copy the entire prior version workspace to a new directory. In my
case, from RDi9612 to RDi9800
3) Start the new RDi version and point it to the new/copy.
This way, I have a known good workspace as well as the possibility of
File > Import in case I need to begin with a cleared workspace.
