Is it possible for IBM to make something as simple as downloading a
software update any more difficult?
After searching for 45 minutes to find the updated software, I elected to
download using the browser instead of download director. Currently, the
download will take 1 DAY over a 1GB internet connection.
So I cancel and try to install Download Director... but it won't install
because my Windows 11 PC doesn't know what to do with a .JNLP file.
I give up.
