Most of my customers (in addition to me) complain about IBMs billing (or
sometimes lack thereof....) and cite: "IBM is just plain hard to do
business with". As a partner I have to intercede quite often to get things
right.
Then you add PassPort (dis)Advantage and you get a whopper of time getting
anything right, hence much of the frustration with RDi.

Microsoft and AWS are expensive by comparison, but they take your money way
more easily.......
