One other thing, are you running something like Pi-hole on your network?

Hi Brian,
If you go to ibm.com/support does it get to the support first page where you can click on the open a case box?
I’d look at your browser and browser add-on settings then any security settings on the machine (some security programs can now be protecting your browser pages)
If that all fails then I’d suggest calling in (1-800-IBM-SERV) and see if they can assist

If using a different browser does not make a difference then I would suspect something outside of that.

Cheers, Chris. That didn't work for me either. Same 503 error page.

Perhaps I'm not permitted to log errors through my account now?

Brian.

OK, could do with some help, here. I will Open a Case if someone can
point me to the correct website.

I have tried here: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US<https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US><https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3chttps://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3e><https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3chttps://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3e%3chttps://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3chttps://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US%3e%3e>

and all I get is an error page that's says "The page you requested
cannot be displayed. 503: Service Unavailable". (Tried several times
over the last few days.)

So where do I go to raise an error report for RDi? (The old APAR system)?

Brian.

OK, so I think I have identified a bug in RDi 9.8 which is probably Eclipse-related. (Running under >Windows 10.)
I'm having the same issues; running Windows 11.
