Re: iSphere Error Message

Hi All,

I released iSphere 5.1.0.b001 which attempts to address the "wrong parent" error. "Attempts", because I could not yet reproduce the problem.

The 5.1 beta also enriches the new iSphere stream file search with functionality, that you know from the other iSphere search options.

It is recommended, but not necessary, to update the iSphere library to 5.1, when updating the plug-in. The new library fills the 'file last changed' date of the iSphere stream file search.

Just recently I have started to get an error message from iSphere: An error has occurred. See error log for more details. Widget has the wrong parent. I'm currently on RDi 9.6.0.11 20210819_0803 and iSphere 5.0.0.r. Is this a known problem and is there a fix for it?
